A strange clown doll appeared in Vienna’s Prater just a few days ago and quickly made the rounds in the media. It holds a dark envelope in its hand — anyone who touches it gets a clear message: I only want to play. The contents of the envelope are just as simple as they are straightforward: a challenge across the Prater with one clear goal: 100 points. Who’s behind it? Unknown. Since then many have tried to master the challenge and solve the mystery around the doll. But nobody has yet managed to crack the 100-point mark. Start and finish are both at the Blumenrad. On average you’ll walk about 2.5 km. 120 - 150 minutes play time This is the average play time. We don’t impose a time limit ourselves. You can play as long as you want/need and take breaks. Including the final drink we still recommend planning about 2.5 hours. Important: If you choose one of the later time slots, please don’t take (long) breaks. Your mission must be completed by 22:00 at the latest. Difficulty ■■■□□ This mission is medium difficulty and — depending on how many hints you use — suitable for teens, adults, beginners and experts alike. Recommended ages 12–99 We recommend this mission for ages 12 and up (when played together with adults). For all-youth groups, a minimum age of 16 is sensible. It holds a black envelope — and as soon as someone touches it, it always says the same sentence: “I only want to play.” In this context that sounds less like an innocent wish and more like a veiled threat, which is why the doll quickly showed up in virtually all the country’s relevant media. The envelope’s contents are suddenly shockingly clear: a challenge across the Vienna Prater — and a single objective. Reach the 100-point mark. The mystery How did the doll get into the Prater? What is its purpose? And why does it seem so incredibly alive? There’s probably only one way to answer all these questions. And that’s where you come in. Your task You face the 100-point challenge: eight completely different tasks across the Vienna Prater — each worth 5, 15 or 25 points. The route is up to you — only the final score matters. 100 points, nothing else. And no: shortcuts don’t work. The doll is keeping score. Every solution. Every mistake. Every excuse. What happens at 100 points? No one can tell you for sure because everyone failed before reaching it. Maybe it finally speaks more. Maybe it reveals why it’s here.
