Magical Pursuit

It's only been a few days since you won an exciting scavenger hunt through the city at a competition. However, the situation is somewhat strange because you can't remember ever participating in a competition. You were supposed to meet your game leader here at this place in the city center, but there is no sign of him. Suddenly an older, uniformed gentleman approaches you. It is only at second glance that you realize he is a policeman.
