About the escape room

During your last visit to the flea market at the harbor in Innsbruck, you acquired a beautiful old vase. When you tried to unwrap it from the newspaper at home, it slipped out of your hand and fell on the floor, shattering into many small shards. To your surprise, an old map of the surroundings of Innsbruck came to light. It seems it was hidden in the vase many years ago. Drawn on it is the entrance to an old mine and a handwritten note: "The treasure is buried here". You decide to recover the treasure. Your colleague has already ventured in briefly and looked around, but did not find the treasure. Now it's your turn. Your colleague takes position this time at the entrance, to warn you if anyone should come. There is a weathered sign at the entrance that reads: DO NOT ENTER - DANGER OF COLLAPSE An extremely risky adventure! Do shards really bring luck? You will certainly need it…

We’ve done many escape rooms, but Das Bergwerk is our favorite. Very tricky, lots of puzzles, an incredible attention to detail, and a game master who only offered subtle hints upon request. Absolutely worth a visit—we’ll be back!
